Seasonal Confusion
O wind, if winter comes, can spring be far behind? - Shelley
It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas in Selfimportantville. Winter's last hurrah, if two weeks late. I like winter, because it's not summer. I don't like summer, because it's hot. I would enjoy spring, if only it didn't make me so paranoid by constantly hinting at summer. Though not today.
My anti-summer sentiments are rather lonely. Everyone else seems to love summer. Summer is the greatest thing that happens all year. Being surrounded by the celebration of it just makes the whole thing more depressing for me. Its like having inverse SAD.
It's only April. And it's snowing. Small graces.
